WEEK 3 Day 15

I have flu today… Maybe due to yesterday activities.. I went for a 20 minutes walk yesterday morning and then swimming (not really) at Star Hill.. It’s fun but the sun was shining like crazy.. And today, not only sun-burnt (I never had sun-burnt, that’s why I didn’t use the lotion) and I got flu..

And let’s capture my progress last week..

Current weight: 222 pounds

Original weight: 225 pounds

What did I did well last week? I fast forwarded my dinner time to before 8 and took supreme diet instead of usual dinner. Mean, I ate dinner less.. Aiyaaa.. So hard to put the word…

What could I improve this week? I must say that I have to be extra careful this week because the Raya Haji is coming and I am going for holiday starting Thursday. It’s easy to slip through when you are on holiday.

What is my game plan this week? Wake up earlier and plan my meal.
