PERSONAL

My name is Nor Azleen Abd Rahim. I am 28 years old (16.08.1979) and I come from Johor. I am married to a handsome gentleman named Ismail. Thus I also write my name as Nor Azleen ISMAIL. I used two nicknames: Cikgu Azleen and Winterbride. I am not going to tell you my height, weight and body-measurement :D but I would describe myself as a beautiful and interesting plump lady!

CAREER

Currently, I am a professional blogger - means, I do full time blogging. I also teach English to lower secondary students on Saturday morning. Check out my www.KelasEnglish.com to learn English Online for FREE, using the same method I used with my students.

I had several working experience, as Teacher (for normal and special education), Admin Executive (IT), Researcher and Business Development Executive.

Currently, I am pursuing studies in education in a local teaching institute. I am majoring in remedial for Malay language and mathematics. I expect to finish my advance diploma in July 2008.

LOVE & LIKE

I love reading, especially motivational, self-development and business-guide books. One of my favorite books is Rich Dad Poor Dad. I read this book 5-6 times, before my student borrow and never return it. I also like Jutawan Dari Planet Jupiter by Azizi Ali. It gave me some insight of how to think, act and become millionaire.

I also love traveling. I’ve went to all state in Malaysia except Perlis. I went to Sandakan and Kota Kinabalu, Sabah in 2002. Then I went to Bintulu, Sarawak in 2004. In 2005, I went for holiday in Kuching, Sarawak. However, I’ve never been abroad, not even Singapore. Check out my traveling discovery at www.eXploreJohor.com .

I love to do social and charity work. I think it is a part of my contribution to the society and felt proud of it. The biggest event I’ve involved was the First Perdana Global Peace Forum in 2005. I was the voluntary Liaison Officer for the Palestin Delegates. That is where I’ve learned that their war experience is unbearable. It also gave me an opportunity to work quite closely with Tun Mahathir. I’ve adore him since I was small. He is certainly an interesting and humble man despite of his status.

Singing Karaoke-ing is my de-stress hobby. I share this hobby with my husband. We will go for singing karaoke-ing session 3 – 4 times a month. If you like us to join you, send me a note. Or you can check my not so beautiful singing at SingShot. Do not forget to rate it and add a feedback.

In college, I played Petanque. Petanque is a kind of boule game, that is in the same family as bowling, lawn boule (boling padang). But it is easier to play. The game is unique as it doesn’t really need emperor to rule the game. It’s all depends on negotiation between the team. If you play petanque too, email me. Maybe we can have some game together.

DREAM & AMBITION

Some day, I want to open a foundation to support the orphans and the poor children. I will teach them life lesson and encourage them to carve their own appearance in business.
