How Much Can You Make On The Internet?
Ever wonder how much can you make on the internet? Or wondering how much actually other people make on the internet? Well, wonder no more because Paula Mooney has made a study over it and has listed 120 top earners on the internet.
The income can go as high as $20M a year and as low as $19 a year. Hey, I think many of us are making more than $19 a year, right?
If you would like to be feature in the list, you can contact Paula to tell her what is your annual income. I believe it is a good source of traffic to your blog.
I can find 4 Malaysian on the list:
- At number 10, it is Alang from Blog Webmaster Malaysia. He is earning $35K – $339K annually. However, Alang posted an entry in his blog, stating that his actual yearly income is only between $50K to $70K. Hmmm.. If only Alang could give me 1% of that amount
- At number 34, is the popular internet marketer, Gobala Krisnan. He is earning around RM20K to RM30K a month. That makes up for RM240K yearly. It is a good amount of money.
- At number 59 is LiewCF. The list stated that he is earning about $18K annually based on a post on HongKiat’s blog. However, I believe LiewCF is earning more than that amount. Don’t you think so?
- At number 64 is Chan Lilian from 5XMom. She is earning $16K a year from PayPerPost only.
Check out the list yourself. You may find some inspiration from it and earn more than in the list.
Want To Know If Your Spouse Is Cheating On You?
Well, this has got nothing to do with the list, though Desi Baba who posted an entry on this, is one of the top earners, number 56 with $19K yearly. On his blog, Desi shares a recorded conversation on radio that caught an indian guy who cheated his wife because of the “booty call”. It’s funny, you got to listen to it yourself. Next time you wanna know if your spouse is cheating on you, you may want to use the same trick.
‘Bling’ RM50 Dalam Akaun Advertlets!
Beberapa hari yang lepas saya telah membuat satu posting tentang Advertlets.com yang telah membuat pesanan Review untuk 300 Blogger yang bertuah. Maybe the lady luck is smiling on this blog!
Dapatkan Review Dari Blog Advertlets Dengan Membuat Post Data Demografik
Advertlets Turut Menerima Blog Dengan Trafik Yang Rendah
Pada hari yang sama jugak, Advertlets telah mengubahsuai requirement mereka untuk membolehkan anda menjadi blogger mereka. Requirement yang baru adalah:
Putting The ‘Bling’ In My Blogging!
Currently there is only two blog advertising network from Malaysia and one of it is Advertlets.com . As a new advertising agency, well they haven’t published any advertisers yet, Advertlets need more expose from bloggers. And that’s why they ordered 300 reviews of their services from 300 lucky bloggers – hopefully one of them is ME!
What Is 300 Reviews?
As a way to show Advertlets sincerity towards bloggers, they are very generous to donate (or merely call pay) RM50 each to 300 bloggers who have signed up for their program to do a review about them. I think apart from showing their gratitude with the program, it is also a way to show to their prospect what the bloggers will actually do for them. Something like promotion.
You know Malaysian Businessman very well. Most of them are un-IT (buta IT?) and that’s why most of people who are really making money online is at the age of 20s. So Advertlets need to convince these un-IT person to accept the possibilities of advertising through blogvertorial program.
What Makes Advertlets Differs From Other So Famous Advertising Network?
As a Malaysian, I would say because they are Malaysian, I am Malaysian and most of you my readers are Malaysian. So we will get more Malaysian products that can be related to us and useful for our benefits. Plus the fact of the easiness of getting the products or services.
Before Advertlets ordered you to do a review, they also put a poll to analyze the demographic data of your readers. Remember that yesterday I’ve told you about analysing you statistics data? How useful the info will be? Imagine that you get to know the gender of your readers, their age, their career, maybe their income? Just imagine how much that info will beneficial for you to create the content of your blog so that you can suit most of your readers?
I just can’t imagine more..
What’s The Qualification?
I think all of us are smart enough that all kind of advertising have their own requirements that usually associated with page impressions per day or per month. And for Advertlets they required 100 visits per day because it will make you easier to get more money so that you can cash it out soon.
And that’s where the ‘Bling’ sound. Hahaha.. I read today at Cari Forum, some bloggers are asking what’s with the ‘Bling”. To me it sound like putting money into the coin box. It ‘bling’.
So, if you are looking to put the ‘bling’ in your blogging career like mine, then you might want to consider to sign up for Advertlets.
Kontera Approved For Ads In My Blogs
Remember I told you about Kontera TextLink Ads? In the first place, I applied Kontera for my eXploreJohor Blog. Then I thought about testing it on other blogs, this blog for example?
Then last week I read at Kontera that once you have an approved account, to add another blog, you just have to e-mail them. Just for them to check that our blog alliances with their term and conditions.
So, I’ve e-mailed them to tell them that I want to add Kontera to two of my others blogs – KelasEnglish.com and CikguAzleen.com . I’ve also explained to them about the blogs.
Oooh.. In case you want to know what I’ve told them about the blogs – you might not aware that I have several blogs.
OK, I told them that blog KelasEnglish.com teach english language to malay native speakers. Thus there is some translation of Malay Language over the blog – Just in case Kontera might have strictly English rules.
And for Blog CikguAzleen.com, it is a learning to make money from blogging blog. Most of the readers are Malaysian, so I used both language – Malay and English alternatively.
And guess what?
They do approve my blogs. So now, all my blogs have Kontera TextLink Ads.
How About The Payment?
They pay in cheque or via paypal every month.
By right, they only accept English Language Blog. But if I am not mistaken under John Chow partnership, they agree to accept non-english blog provided it is an informational blog. Apart from it, you also don’t have to meet the requirement of 500,000 page impressions per month.
So, give it a try!
Monetize Blog Using Sponsored Reviews
Many bloggers monetizing their blogs using sponsored reviews. It means the advertiser (owner of products or services) pay a fee for the bloggers to write about their products or services. Such services can be offered by the blogger themselves or through advertising agency.
Another advertising agency that offers sponsored reviews is SponsoredReviews.com . Here, you can set your price per review within the limit suggested by the agency. For my blog, they suggest me a price within 10 – 40.
For a start, I am going to set up the price at USD20. Not too low and not too high. We will see if there is advertiser interested to sponsored my review.
I do not know if this applicable to all blogs. But they paid 65% of the price to bloggers. That quite high I think. Most of the advertising agency, give 50% only to bloggers.
Instead of waiting for advertiser to find your blog, you could search for them and offer you blog to them. However, after submitting the blog, I have to wait until SponsoredReviews staff approve my blog.
OK, I’ll share the results after they approve my blogs.
